Free Mini Patterns (Printable Charts)

These tiny patterns are designed for beginners: small enough to finish quickly, but structured like “real” charts with a symbol legend. You can stitch them on scrap Aida, make a keychain, decorate a card, or test thread colors.

Tip: 14‑count Aida + 2 strands is a comfortable default. If you want a bigger design, use 11‑count.

Pattern 1: Tiny Heart (12×12 stitches)

This is the same chart used in the Stitch Trainer game. Symbols: ▲ outline, ■ fill, ● highlight.
